    1The challenge

ANWR Garant sits between suppliers and affiliated retailers. Assortment, sell-through and lead time came from different systems and were counted differently per party. Anyone who wanted to know in time whether an inbound order was on track had to compare sources side by side.

Every deviation therefore cost an argument about the numbers first, and a decision only after that.

    2Our solution

We recorded the core terms of the chain - article, sell-through, lead time, reliability - with an owner per term and an agreement about freshness.

The sources come together in one lakehouse with lineage per field, so every retailer and every supplier sees the same number with the same definition behind it. Connecting a new source became an action in the platform instead of a project.

    3The results

Purchasing and supply plan on the same numbers, and a deviation can be traced straight back to the source where it arose. The time that went into reconciling overviews now goes into adjusting the inbound flow.
