Governance.
Every answer traceable to its source, its owner and the date it was set. When someone challenges a number, you show its lineage in seconds, not a week of reconciliation.
- Lineage
- One definition
In every operation there are people with insight and drive, and a clear sense of what would help if someone could just build it.
The trouble is the distance between the idea and the build. The better way needs data from three systems, a definition nobody has agreed, access that takes a project to grant, and a place in a year of IT backlog. So the insight becomes a workaround in a spreadsheet, or it quietly dies. A forward-deployed engineer removes that distance. They turn the demand into working value on the Datahub system, governed and owned, and hand it to the whole organisation. The idea in one person's head becomes something everyone runs on.
The path from a good idea to something the whole company uses has four steps. Most organisations get stuck at the second.
The people closest to the work know where it breaks and what would fix it. That insight is the raw material, and it is usually already there, unused.
Nothing you build gets left behind.
Most 'let everyone build' efforts end the same way: a sprawl of conflicting spreadsheets and shadow tools that grow less trustworthy the more there are, until nobody knows which number is right. The difference here is governance. Because every answer carries one definition, one owner and one source, reuse makes the system more coherent as it grows, not less. The tenth outcome stands on the nine before it. The organisation gets steadily sharper, and it never has to start from zero again.
Two ways of growing
Ungoverned
More tools, less trust in every number.
Governed
Each outcome stands on the last and stays traceable.
More use, more trust, not less.
The usual deal trades control for speed. Here the governance is what makes the speed safe, so you get both.

It runs where you decide: managed by us in Europe, in your own cloud, or air-gapped on your own hardware. Residency is a deployment choice, not a promise on a slide.
The definitions, the contracts and what gets built are yours. You can take them and run them without us. No lock-in is the point, not a concession.
You pay for value in use, the governed work that is live and the runs that succeed, not for seats or shelfware. Idle things stop costing.
Speed and control, at the same time.
Forward deployment is a practice, not a job title. The engineer embeds in the operation and learns how the work really runs, which is never the org chart. They find the highest-value decision that is stuck, build the governed outcome for it, and wire it into the surface the team already uses. They start from wherever you are, a running brain or an empty page. When an Industry Pack fits your sector, they start further ahead, with its definitions and standards in hand. When none fits, what they build becomes the next Pack.
