    About this page

This page is maintained by Datahub B.V. ("Datahub", "we", "us") to explain how we handle personal data on our website and in our products. It is plain-language guidance, not a substitute for the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) we sign with customers.

    Who we are

Datahub B.V. is a company registered in the Netherlands. You can reach us at privacy@datahub.nl for any privacy question or data subject request.

    What we collect

    • Contact form data: name, email, company and message you submit.
    • Newsletter: the email address you give us when you subscribe.
    • Account data: name, email and role for users with a Datahub login.
    • Usage data: standard server logs and anonymous product analytics.

    Why we use it

    • Reply to your questions and provide the service you asked for.
    • Send the weekly newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe anytime).
    • Operate, secure and improve the Datahub platform.
    • Comply with our legal obligations.

    Where it lives

Personal data submitted through this website is stored on servers located in the European Union. We only share data with subprocessors that are required to deliver the service (hosting, email, analytics). A current subprocessor list is available on request.

    How long we keep it

Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account and deleted on request, subject to legal retention obligations.

    Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email privacy@datahub.nl and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

    Security

We apply organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, to report a suspected vulnerability, email security@datahub.nl.

    Changes

We may update this page when our products or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
